Slate
Slate Hits 4.8/5 CSAT While Scaling to 12,000 Paid Customers.
The problem
Slate already had a live product and a metric that had stopped moving. The brief was specific: Slate Hits 4.8/5 CSAT While Scaling to 12,000 Paid Customers. We started from that constraint, not a deck of adjacent ideas.
What we built
A senior squad sat on Slate only — shared Slack, staging from week one, Friday demos. In the saas & software work we instrumented the funnel, cut the dead-end paths, and shipped the product changes in two-week slices — not a six-month 'transformation.'
The result
The engagement landed at 4.8/5 customer csat and 12K active accounts. Same people through launch. Most of these relationships continue as a dedicated team rather than a clean break.
