During the build
Two-week sprints. Monday planning, Friday demo. Blockers go in Slack the hour they appear — not in a Friday report. If a decision needs you, we write it down and ping once, not five times.
Handoff and retainers
Launch includes a runbook, architecture notes, and a walkthrough. If we stay on, the same docs keep getting updated. If we don't, your next engineer should be able to pick up without a séance.
