What a week looks like
Monday planning with the squad. Mid-week pairing on the hard path. Friday demo with the client — sometimes in the office, sometimes on a call. You will never be the offshore 'execution layer' for a local PM.
How we hire
We look for individuals with proven experience, a strong Git portfolio, and a genuine passion for learning. Candidates should have a solid foundation in DSA and their core technology stack, along with a strong track record of shipping real-world projects. We value engineers who follow best software engineering practices, understand Agile methodologies, and can demonstrate a consistent ability to build, deliver, and improve high-quality software.
